Take A Moment to Be Mindful

 Yeah! Mindful Vacation

. When we’re in our normal, day-to-day lives, our brains can go on autopilot: they know how things work and where places are.

But when our brains are exposed to new sounds, tastes and cultures, different synapses fire off in your brain, if only because you’ll have to find more in our happygreek2m blog on wordpress

In Greece. Sense, in every step you make

Attend the pleasure

#Greece #Sensations by India TV star Natasa Stankovic July 2016 saying ThankGod

Alessandra Ambrosio, Just discovered she fell  in love ...   with this island (mykonos),

Senses are essentially the doorways to your happiness.

You can walk through these doors by choosing to attend to the pleasure they bring you and to hold that attention.

This process of opening up to your senses is fundamentally about opening up the connection between yourself and the world. If you allow yourself to be mindful of one of your senses when it makes you happy, you might notice that you begin to be more aware of your other senses as well.

The more you pay attention to the joy of your senses, the more the happiest moments

  • Doing good. Searching for meaning outside yourself, tracing back to Aristotle's notion of eudemonia, which emphasized knowing your true self and acting in accordance with your virtues.

Together with Aristotle he had tutored Alexander the Great whose military conquests were carried out with all the scientific resources of the day, the Lyceum garden probably containing many botanical trophies collected during his campaigns as well as other explorations in distant lands.
Aristotelis was a "refugee" to Lesvos when he discovered his lagoon

Lesvos was to Aristotle what the Galápagos were to Darwin. Aristotle  and his new wife had to flee in 345 BC from  Assos, Asia Minor, when it  was conquered by the Persians. They made landfall in nearby Lesvos, which is where Aristotle gathered the m...Read Full Post »

Mindful the Journey, That' s Life

  • How do you feel waking up on a Greek Island every day?

(Sounds amazing when you live in a big city)

I feel privileged, and really happy to be alive.

I am a great believer in change and I think whatever your dream you owe it to yourself to explore it.
